At LocalSeoWise, we offer digital Local SEO services that are delivered virtually through secure communication channels. This policy outlines how our services are delivered, timelines, communication methods, and expectations from both sides.
By placing an order with LocalSeoWise, you agree to this Delivery Policy.
1. Nature of Delivery
All services offered by LocalSeoWise are digital and do not involve physical shipping. Deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Local SEO reports and audits
- Citation submission records
- Google Business Profile optimizations
- Strategy documents
- Keyword research files
- Monthly SEO performance updates
- Emails, shared folders, and drive links
- Direct access to dashboards or tracking sheets (if applicable)
All deliverables are sent electronically via email, shared folders, client dashboards, or through live chat if needed.
2. Service Start Time
Service begins once:
- Payment is successfully processed
- Required business details and access credentials (such as GBP login, website access, business info, etc.) are received
- Client completes the onboarding form or responds to our initial intake email
Delays in receiving required information may delay service delivery.
3. Delivery Timelines
We follow a monthly service model. General delivery timelines are:
- Initial audit/report: within 5–7 business days of onboarding completion
- First round of optimizations & citations: within the first 10–15 days
- Ongoing monthly updates and work reports: shared every 30 days from service start
Each month includes continuous optimization, analysis, and implementation based on the agreed service scope.
4. Communication & Updates
Clients are updated regularly through:
- Email (main communication channel)
- Shared cloud folders (for reports and logs)
- Live chat support (available on our website)
- Scheduled progress updates (if required)
All official communications are documented via email for clarity and reference.
5. Missed Delivery Caused by Client Delays
LocalSeoWise is not responsible for missed or delayed delivery timelines if:
- The client delays in providing required login/access/information
- There’s a lack of communication or response to queries
- The project scope changes mid-way
In such cases, delivery will resume once the necessary inputs are received from the client.
6. Revisions & Satisfaction
As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we offer unlimited revisions within the scope of your selected plan. Revisions are typically completed within 3–5 business days depending on complexity and volume.
7. Cancellation Impact on Delivery
If a client cancels their subscription (after the 3-month minimum term), work will continue through the current paid period, after which no further updates or deliverables will be provided.
