At LocalSeoWise, we are committed to delivering high-quality Local SEO services and complete client satisfaction. However, due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

By purchasing any service from LocalSeoWise, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:


1. No Refunds – Digital Service Policy

All our services involve custom research, strategic planning, and hands-on implementation tailored to each client’s business. Once work begins, resources are allocated and irreversible actions (such as citation submissions, optimizations, audits, and listings) are initiated. Therefore:

  • We do not offer refunds for any monthly service after the purchase has been made and work has started.
  • This policy applies to all services, including Local SEO packages, citations, audits, optimizations, and any custom plan.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we proudly provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee through:

  • Unlimited revisions within the scope of your plan
  • Open communication and support to ensure your expectations are met
  • Continuous optimization during the service term

If you’re unsatisfied with any part of the service, we encourage you to reach out and our team will revise or adjust the work until you are fully satisfied.


3. Subscription & Cancellations

  • All plans are billed monthly and require a minimum 3-month commitment.
  • After the 3-month period, clients may cancel their plan anytime with written notice.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to order@localseowise.com at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare exceptions:

  • You purchased a plan by mistake and no work has started
  • You were charged more than once for the same service due to a system error

In such cases, contact our team within 48 hours of purchase, and we’ll review the situation.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we request that you first contact our support team. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and professionally.
